Contract and Obligations Lawyer

Azran Lawyers, a leading law firm in Old Montreal, is seeking a skilled Contract and Obligations Lawyer to join its dynamic legal team.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft and review various types of contracts, including commercial contracts, partnership agreements, and service agreements.
- Provide expert legal advice on contractual obligations and the legal risks associated with entering into contracts.
- Negotiate the terms of contracts with opposing parties to obtain agreements favorable to our clients.
- Manage contractual disputes, developing legal strategies to resolve disputes and representing clients in court when necessary.
- Ensure the complete management of client files related to contracts and obligations, ensuring that all documents are properly organized and ready for negotiations or hearings.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of the progress of their files and answering their questions with clarity and professionalism.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract and obligations law.
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to analyze complex contracts and identify potential risks.
- Rigor, sense of organization, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent negotiating skills and ability to collaborate with other team members.
- Proficiency in technological tools for case management and legal research.
