Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PIZZA HUT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal use and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
