Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Team Management: Establish work schedules, supervise 3-4 people, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
