We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at Construction Company.

Job Summary

The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This includes analyzing drawings, specifications, and proposals to provide quantity take-offs and accurate costing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze residential, commercial, and industrial drawings and specifications to provide accurate estimates
  • Provide clear and detailed concrete forming quantity take-offs
  • Understand contractual terms and conditions to improve the accuracy of take-offs
  • Communicate with management or contractors regarding incomplete or contradictory design
Requirements
  • 2-5+ years of experience in a related position
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, WinEst, Planswift, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and/or On-Screen Take-off
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry

A qualified candidate should have excellent numerical skills, an analytical mindset, and be diligent and thorough. An associate degree is beneficial.
