Job Title: Field Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Operator to join our team at Roska DBO Inc. in Grande Prairie, Alberta. As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our well sites and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain equipment on well sites and facilities
  • Monitor and control production levels
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operator position
  • Valid safety tickets (H2S Alive, Standard First Aid)
  • Valid driver's license and clean abstract
  • Disciplined work ethic and ability to take initiative
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and individual environment
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
