Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Subway. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and preparing and posting notices and advertisements to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applicants.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories, co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, and notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • HR Support: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process.
  • Staff Development: Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, and supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
  • Work Environment: Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 35 hours per week.
