You will play a key role in supporting the City's recruitment efforts by coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process. The highly confidential nature of this role requires someone with considerable discretion and professionalism. A commitment to quality and the ability to display considerable attention to detail is critical for success in this vital position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
- Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external clients
- Perform routine clerical tasks and complex reporting and project work
Requirements:
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- One-year college certificate in Business Administration or related discipline
- At least five years of progressive administrative experience, preferably gained in a human resources environment
- Strong work ethic and highly developed organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
