About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Management Administrator to join our team at Iron Mountain. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for managing our Privileged Access Management system, ensuring the security and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the quality of system data to ensure accuracy and compliance with Information Security policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to increase compliance with IS policies and standards by removing blockers to password rotation.
  • Participate in system upgrades and testing for Privileged Management tools.
  • Identify and remove workstation policy configurations that are preventing Privileged Management tools from working effectively.
  • Manage secret templates and develop customized solutions to meet business needs.
  • Monitor unauthorized local admin access channels and remove them.
  • Add new programs and elevation needs to Privileged Management tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years experience working with Secret Server, Privilege Access Manager, or equivalent privileged management tools.
  • Demonstrates a familiarity with Information Security standards and how they relate to Security policies.
  • Ability to analyze and compare large data sets to identify patterns, discrepancies, and anomalies.
