Job Description

Job Title: Asset Servicing Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Servicing Management professional to join our team at BHP Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and coaching global processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and remove obstacles to streamline execution.
  • Coordinate with global teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless integration.
  • Define local requirements for the implementation of global processes and systems.
  • Provide coaching and expert advice on global processes and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Measure and evaluate departmental performance and effectiveness of global processes (service level metrics, failed changes, etc.).
  • Engage with global process and systems owners to provide suggestions and improvements.

Requirements:

  • IT Service Management Framework (ITIL Foundation) certification.
  • Experience with SAP Work Management and related technology systems.
  • Experience with Service Now (SNoW) Process and Systems.
  • Experience managing and facilitating Change Management and Change Assessment Boards.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across relevant stakeholders.
