We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Establishment Manager to lead our daily operations at China-Mart Wholesale Ltd.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field and a strong understanding of trading principles. Responsibilities include directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, managing staff and assigning duties, studying market research and trends, implementing price and credits policies, developing and implementing marketing strategies, planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses, and conducting performance reviews.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability, goal-oriented, client-focused, and a team player

Please note that all employees must be legally able to work in Canada and willing to relocate for this position. The job type is permanent, with a 30-hour workweek and English language requirements.
