Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Establishment Manager to join our team at China-Mart Wholesale Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective management of resources.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives and goals.
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
  • Implement price and credits policies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
