Job Title: Wholesale Establishment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Establishment Manager to join our team at China-Mart Wholesale Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Wholesale Establishment Manager will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, managing staff and assigning duties, studying market research and trends, implementing price and credits policies, developing and implementing marketing strategies, planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses, and conducting performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the wholesale establishment, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, including setting goals and priorities.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage a team of employees, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure that all duties are completed efficiently.
  • Study Market Research and Trends: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credits policies to ensure that the wholesale establishment remains competitive.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the wholesale establishment and increase sales.
  • Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that the wholesale establishment remains financially stable.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to improve performance and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
Work Environment:

The Wholesale Establishment Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
