Restaurant Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Management Professional to join our team at Daal Roti Indian Tadka House.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish effective methods to meet work schedules and maintain high productivity levels in a fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Evaluate inventory requirements and estimate supplies needed for meal preparation.
- Maintain quality control standards by ensuring that food and service meet customer expectations.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Coordinate food order summaries for the chef and establish work schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
This role requires standing for extended periods, walking, and maintaining a combination of sitting and standing throughout the shift.

- A strong team player with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
