Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with special needs and address customer complaints or concerns
  • Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out, and handle guest inquiries
  • Establish and maintain work schedules, enforce policies and procedures, and develop and implement daily operations plans
  • Conduct training sessions and organize inventory management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a standing position
