Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with special needs and address customer complaints or concerns
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Perform front desk duties, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient operations
  • Enforce policies and procedures, and develop and implement new policies as needed
  • Conduct training sessions for staff and provide feedback and coaching
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure accurate record-keeping
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook and other relevant software
