Vista Precision Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC machinist to join our team. As a CNC machinist, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to manufacture precision parts.

About the Job

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and overtime required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to accurately set up production machinery/tools.
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Set up and adjust production machineries/tools, and operate drill presses, milling machines, and other equipment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and demonstrate flexibility and initiative.
Work Conditions

The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a safe environment wearing steel-toed safety boots.
