Master Data Specialist

Job Summary:
Rangam is seeking a highly skilled Master Data Specialist to join our team. As a Master Data Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end master data maintenance, including data collection, consolidation, maintenance, auditing, and cleansing
- Collaboration with local and global functional experts to ensure data quality and integrity
- Implementation of data quality improvements and process enhancements
- Development and maintenance of data standards and templates
- Support for business stakeholders with master data solutions and special requests
- Audit and analysis of data discrepancies in various systems
- Identification and resolution of data-related issues
- Contribution to the development of training and documentation for new team members
- Collaboration with stakeholders, team members, and internal partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or specialized diploma with relevant experience
- At least 7-10 years of experience in master data maintenance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of business processes in pharmaceutical supply chain
- Experience with SAP MM, PP, SD, or QM modules, SAP APO, SAP TM, SAP EWM, or OMP
- Proficiency in the German language is an asset
- Knowledge and experience of delivering projects in an agile framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
