Master Data Management Specialist

About the Role:
Rangam is seeking a highly skilled Master Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Master Data Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our master data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with local and global functional experts to sustain various global master data maintenance systems and operational processes.
- Collect, consolidate, maintain (CRUD), audit, and cleanse master data in various systems across regions.
- Support the business with master data solutions and special requests.
- Audit data in IDQ, manage master data discrepancies in Veeva, and work with the business to correct and prevent errors.
- Actively contribute to the further development of data standards and templates.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement and implementation projects to reduce lead time and increase data quality.
- Provide input for the development of training and documentation and support onboarding of new team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or specialized diploma with experience.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in master data maintenance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus in SAP MM, PP, SD, or QM modules, SAP APO, SAP TM, SAP EWM, or OMP.
- Experience with MDG-M or S/4HANA and proficiency in the German language are an asset.
- Knowledge and experience of delivering projects in an agile framework.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing in English.
- Competency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) and experience with document sharing systems.
- Affinity and interest for data and IT topics as well as state-of-the-art business applications.
- Process and master data quality improvement orientation as well as end-to-end thinking.
- Initiative and ownership to tackle projects, problems, and changes without being asked.
