Responsibilities:
• Mobilize your team to increase the quality of service and customer loyalty
• Develop the business plan, considering information on potential sector opportunities, competitive constraints, and operational issues
• Actively contribute to the transformation of the sector by influencing project flow, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency
• Identify opportunities for process improvement using feedback from your team and partners
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to contribute to achieving common objectives

Requirements:
• Industry-related bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience or industry-related master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in personnel management and coaching and talent development
• Strong emotional intelligence and resilience, good operational risk management, and ability to find innovative solutions
