  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure estimates meet project specifications
  • Analyze tender documents and recommend awards to project managers
  • Maintain records of estimates, tenders, and contract expenditures
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in construction estimating, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in construction estimating or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.

This is a permanent full-time position working 30-35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
