KTV Working Drone Vancouver is a pioneering company that offers cutting-edge window and facade cleaning services. We are committed to providing innovative solutions for property owners, enhancing the maintenance of residential and commercial buildings.
Our mission is to revolutionize window and facade cleaning with a cost-effective, efficient, and safe approach. We prioritize the well-being and safety of our team members, including lift operators, scaffolders, and façade climbers, who often face physically demanding jobs and stress injuries.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our daily operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations or general management, preferably within the facilities management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial and sales data.
- Oversee the management of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to assess service quality and gather feedback.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is equipped with the latest techniques, safety protocols, and customer service skills.
- Manage the operational budget, including labor, equipment, and supply costs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies without compromising service quality.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to improve overall performance.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and regulatory changes, adapting operations as necessary.
The successful candidate will have post-secondary education in business or a related field, combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in a leadership position within facilities management.
KTV Working Drone Vancouver offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $100,000-$125,000.
