Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at The Westin Ottawa. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Restock guest rooms with linens, towels, and amenities.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms and public areas.
- Assist with laundry and linen duties as needed.
- Participate in deep cleaning and disinfection of guest rooms and public areas.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull a loaded cart.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
