**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our residential properties.

**Responsibilities**

  • Cleaning Duties
    • Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and scrubbing of common areas, including lobbies, elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, and fitness rooms
    • Detailed cleaning of tenant units upon vacancy, including bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Performing other duties as required to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our properties
    • Participating in cross-training opportunities to develop new skills and enhance job performance

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
