As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the multiple outlets at the Hotel Eldorado, including Lakeside Dining Room, Lounge, Whiskey Bar, Terrace, Innkeepers Room, Room Service, and seasonal Boardwalk service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and professionalism.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Food and Beverage staff, including Assistant Restaurant Managers, Supervisors, and Shift Leaders.
- Establish and maintain training and service standards to ensure consistency across all outlets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profit.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Monitor and control restaurant expenses to meet annual budget targets.
- Minimum 4 years of restaurant management experience, with multiple outlet experience an asset.
- Strong passion for food and beverage, with current knowledge of industry trends.
- Proven track record of driving restaurant performance and revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Computer skills, including Squirrel and Excel.
