About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing project execution plans
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression
- Conducting constructability reviews and recommending optimal construction methods
- Managing site organization and staffing requirements
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction management, including 3-5 years as a Construction Manager
- EPCM experience on mining, energy, or infrastructure projects
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects safely and efficiently
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to direct junior staff members
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Project, and Bluebeam software
