Diverse Communities Liaison Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Secretary to support the All Women EEAST Network, playing a vital role in promoting diversity and inclusion within our organization.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure up-to-date information is maintained for the network, making it accessible through various media platforms.
- Coordinate information on the internet and intranet, collaborating with IT colleagues as needed.
- Maintain an accurate record of group members to facilitate effective communication.
- Work with the Chairperson to plan meetings throughout the year, including setting agendas and sending out invitations.
- Take minutes of meetings and keep track of pending actions.
