Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our team at HJC Corp.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, including interacting with them over the phone and email, investigating and resolving customer opportunities and concerns, and processing Sales Orders & Bids generated through phone or email transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our customer service and sales processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • The ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
  • Preference given to those with a good working knowledge of INFOR M3 and QUICKBASE.
