Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender/Mixologist to join our team at Blacktail Bars Kananaskis Village. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, creating an amazing guest experience, and exceeding revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests at the bar, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Fulfill all servers' bar orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Develop and implement creative cocktail menus, using locally inspired seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and tracking popular drinks.
- Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately, processing payments on the POS system.
- Assist with serving tables, running food, and contributing to the overall success of our outlets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale establishment.
- Valid ProServe certification.
- Knowledge of local alcohol laws and regulations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
