Job Title: Operations Vice President

SOL METALS & PAPER RECYCLING LTD is seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to lead our organization's operational strategy and direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage a large workload
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Experience in a similar role or industry
Work Environment:

The Operations Vice President will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. The successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours per week and will be based in [insert location].
