Job Title: Operations Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at First Choice Beverage Inc.

Job Summary:

The Operations Vice President will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing and production facilities. This includes allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing financial and administrative controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
  • Analyze operating costs and other data
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity
  • Develop quality management and quality assurance standards
  • Develop performance standards
Requirements:
  • More than 20 people in supervision
  • Staff in various areas of responsibility
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • Fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • Tight deadlines and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software experience
  • Lean Manufacturing knowledge
