Job Description

Tavanna Logistics Ltd. is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of goods and ensuring that our customers receive their products on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Delivery Drivers: Oversee a team of delivery drivers to ensure that they are following company procedures and meeting delivery deadlines.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Coordinate the movement of goods from our warehouse to our customers, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in good condition.
  • Manage Inventory: Manage our inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process, such as damaged goods or missed deliveries.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a logistics or transportation role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 25 kg.
