Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Tavanna Logistics Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise workers and projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills of team members.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize resource allocation and minimize delays.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals, managing equipment and supplies effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Requirements:
  • Criminal record check.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility, organized, and a team player.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment, 40 hours per week, with a focus on English language.
