Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and walking
