Product Management Director

UAP Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Product Management team in the Heavy Vehicles Division. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies that drive sales growth and market share expansion.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Sr. Market Managers to lead category management and identify underperforming categories.
- Conduct regular product category reviews with the Gross Margin and Pricing department to ensure alignment with market share expectations.
- Develop sales development strategies with Sr. Market Managers to drive market share growth and competitive analysis.
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships in accordance with UAP-HV policies and procedures.
- Lead the product team and represent the product department in front of Traction and TruckPro members, regional leadership, and team members.
- 10 years of related experience, including experience in product sourcing from domestic and overseas sources and managing high-profile professionals.
- Bilingual (English and French) speaker with the ability to work closely with colleagues and clients across Canada.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledge of Access (asset).
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field of study (asset).
