Parts Executive

Job Summary
The Parts Manager role at The 401 Group of Companies is highly responsible for ensuring the efficiency and productivity of the Parts department. This individual will develop an action plan for department profitability, train and motivate employees to meet and exceed business and customer expectations, and manage day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Inventory management, including obsolete inventory, to maintain an organized department
- Ordering parts according to company and OEM guidelines to ensure timely delivery
- Knowledge of parts pricing procedures to optimize revenue
- Understanding and maintaining warranty platforms to ensure customer satisfaction
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with wholesale customers to drive sales
- Managing profit and examining department financial statements to ensure profitability
- Coordinating with the service manager and technicians to maintain an effective work flow
- Managing deliveries and returns to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum years of parts experience to bring in-depth knowledge
- Excellent product knowledge to provide expert advice
- Knowledge of parts pricing to optimize revenue
- Leadership skills to motivate employees and drive results
- Highly organized and detailed oriented to maintain an organized department
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
