The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that all staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are ordered and stocked in a timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, identifying and addressing any issues promptly to maintain the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required, providing accurate and timely information to management and other stakeholders.
  • Assembly and Presentation: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that all food is presented in a visually appealing and appetizing manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
