We are seeking a highly skilled E-learning Developer to join our team at Calian Group. This is a remote position that requires you to develop innovative training solutions for the defence sector.

Job Description

This role involves creating engaging eLearning content, troubleshooting course issues, and collaborating with instructional designers to deliver high-quality learning experiences. You will work on developing multimedia animation using images, sound, and video, as well as implementing and evaluating eLearning courseware.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating interactive eLearning modules using authoring software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or dominKnow Flow/Claro.
  • Designing and developing reusable online content that meets the company's standards.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving online course interactions that are not publishing correctly or reporting correctly to a Learning Management system.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in eLearning development and a solid understanding of rapid eLearning tools and web development applications.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in developing eLearning Shareable Content Object Reference Model courses using rapid eLearning tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C, or script language, and secondary programs (file structure) and/or databases.
  • A University degree or College diploma in a related field of computer sciences, such as computer programming, information technology, information management, multimedia, gaming, animation, or similar specialization.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your annual salary, you will also receive benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
