We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Specialist, Contaminated Site Assessment (CSA) to join our team at Ausenco. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects and overseeing multiple service areas and subcontracts.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and perform highly complex or specialized aspects of contaminated site assessment, investigations, and remediation.
- Lead project managers and oversee projects involving multiple service areas and subcontracts.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and project teams to resolve challenges and achieve project goals.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in contaminated sites, with expertise in regulatory requirements and a strong understanding of contaminated site assessment and remediation.
- Hold or be eligible for a standards-based CSAP designation or Contaminated Site QP.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and training staff, with a strong focus on career advancement and professional development.
