Senior Pre-Funding Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pre-Funding Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our pre-funding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of pre-funding deals to ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues found during the review process.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to resolve any issues or concerns raised during the review process.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of our pre-funding operations.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on quality assurance best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance or auditing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
