About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pre-Funding Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our pre-funded loan products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough reviews of pre-funded loans to ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and report any issues or discrepancies found during the review process.
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to resolve any issues or concerns raised during the review process.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of our pre-funded loan products.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on quality assurance procedures and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance or auditing role, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
