Job Title: Hospital Director of Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospital Director of Operations to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all hospital operations, including finance, human resources, and facilities management.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead a team of hospital staff, including veterinarians, technicians, and support personnel.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive operational management experience in a veterinary hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed business decisions.
