Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipper Receiver to join our team at Calgary Wholesale Cash and Carry Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing Goods: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, and record any discrepancies or damage.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, and ensure that goods are stored and retrieved efficiently.
  • Shipping and Dispatch: Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents, and oversee the loading and unloading of goods.
  • Logistics Coordination: Schedule the distribution of goods, and ensure that they are delivered to the correct locations on time.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, including receipts, dispatches, and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Setting: This position is based in a warehouse environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organization, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential for this role.
