Sales Supervisor Job Description

The Foam Shop is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train sales staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Work Environment:

The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
