Job Title: Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Airenergy HVAC Inc.

Job Summary:

The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets sales targets and provides excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail or door-to-door sales environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires working on the road, visiting customers and sales representatives in various locations.
