Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Jia Retail Services Inc.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training new employees, establishing work schedules, and resolving issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members
- Hire and train new employees
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient operations
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Manage cash and conduct performance reviews
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a retail business environment, supervising a team of 3-4 people. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
