**Job Description:**

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Manager, Content Marketing to shape and drive our content strategy. This position is ideal for a marketing leader with a strong track record of crafting impactful content strategies, leveraging SEO best practices, and collaborating across teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing content initiatives that align with BrandActive's strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a cohesive content marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, including blogs, case studies, email marketing, white papers, and other key assets.
  • Leveraging market research and audience analysis to ensure content and campaigns resonate with the right target audiences.
  • Leading the creation of content assets by providing detailed briefs to copywriters and ensuring alignment with the broader marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, including strategy development and execution. They should be able to deeply understand BrandActive's client journey and proactively identify content opportunities that support key milestones.

Key qualifications include:

  • A self-starter who takes full responsibility for maintaining brand consistency and identifying new opportunities to enhance BrandActive's visibility and influence.
  • A proven ability to track, analyze, and optimize content performance across owned channels and social media to maximize engagement and impact.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to advocate for marketing's role in business success and gain buy-in across teams.
