About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to support the growth of our retail and e-commerce channels. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless omnichannel experiences and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for new store openings, retail media, seasonal campaigns, consumer events, and localized initiatives.
  • Partner with regional teams to execute Email, App, and Performance Media strategies that enhance the consumer experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure cohesive and engaging consumer experiences.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels.
  • Strong experience with performance media and paid social media strategies.
  • Proven ability to utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
