Role Overview

The Enterprise Renewal Manager is a critical role in our organization, responsible for managing a portfolio of client renewals. This position requires a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. They will also be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client renewals, identifying and mitigating roadblocks at an early stage.
  • Partner with Account Executives to provide seamless support during renewals.
  • Review and understand contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance.
  • Identify commercial opportunities to increase customer utilization of our platform.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales portfolio management experience selling software solutions.
