We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Project Manager to join our dynamic team in RBC Wealth Management Technology & Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing agile projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving business value.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage agile projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, development managers, and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide agile project management servant leadership to the team and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and impediments, and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior directors, VPs, and above, to ensure project success and business value.
- 5+ years of Agile Project Management and/or Senior-level Scrum Master experience, including both waterfall and agile projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile Project Management workflows, including milestones, critical paths, product and sprint backlogs, work back schedules, and release burndown.
- Undergraduate degree (preferred) in Business, Technology, or Financial Services.
- Project/Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, PSM, and/or SAFe).
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior directors, VPs, and above.
- Proven ability to manage projects with third-party vendors and significant technology components.
- Advanced knowledge of change, issue, and risk management.
