Job Description

As a Clinic Director-Physiotherapist with Lifemark Health Group, you will be responsible for leading our dynamic team and shaping the future of our clinic. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional patient care, while also driving business growth and expansion through effective leadership and strategic planning.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians who share your drive and passion for delivering top-tier patient care. Together, you will strive to create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong business acumen, with experience managing clinic operations and financials. You should also have a passion for mentoring, collaboration, and delivering exceptional patient care. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to motivate teams and drive business goals.

A fully licensed Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario with 1-5 years of clinical rehabilitation and leadership experience is required. Completion of advanced physical therapy courses is a strong asset.
